Group Pasture Boarding

• Rates are $135 per month plus sales tax
• Quality grass-alfalfa hay fed twice daily
• Spacious paddocks designed for safety and convenience
• Horses kept in small, compatible herd groups of 4-5 animals
• Shelters in every paddock
• Heated automatic watering system checked daily
• High-quality Premier® electric rope fencing for safety and security
• 30 acres of managed pastures, fertilized and mowed spring and fall
• Salt provided in each paddock as needed

Private Paddock Boarding

• Rates are $220 per month plus sales tax
• 12' x 12' private stall building w/sliding stall door and automatic water inside
• Daily turnout in large, private run attached to open stall
• Quality grass-alfalfa hay fed twice daily
• Twice daily supplemental feedings (boarder must purchase their own feed)
• Salt provided in each paddock as needed
• High-quality Premier® electric rope fencing on run for safety and security
• Includes optional group pasture turnout
• Includes free blanketing, fly mask application and handling for veterinarian or farrier

Private paddocks are all self-clean. All manure cleaning is the responsibility of the boarder. Once weekly cleaning service is available for additional $100 per month. Bedding is not included. See us for additional details and requirements.

Additional Boarding Services

• Once daily grain feedings (boarder provides grain) - $30 per month
• Twice daily grain feedings (boarder provides grain) - $60 per month
• Trailer parking - $15 per month
• Carriage or sleigh storage - $25 per month
• Handling - $30 per instance
• Grain delivery and handling - $15 per month
• Blanketing - $10 per month
• Extra hay - $6 per bale
